2. Order and agreement A purchase agreement is concluded when you have completed your order and received an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and payment All prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Right of withdrawal You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason. Contact us at valences2025@gmail.com to initiate a return.

5. Delivery We aim to deliver your order within the stated delivery time. In case of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Complaints If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

7. Applicable law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall first be resolved by mutual agreement.
